Throughout my career, I have successfully engaged in the buying and selling of various forms of fine art, including paintings, furniture, antiques, textiles, jewelry, and collectibles. This pursuit has not only been a personal interest but has also been a professional endeavor. My extensive knowledge and experience in this domain have been complemented by my background in Interior design and decorating. Furthermore, I am an accomplished artist myself, with a proficiency in working with acrylic paints, encaustic wax, wood, and other mediums. I am delighted to share that I also design exquisite jewelry inspired by gemstones, encompassing precious, semi-precious, and vintage pieces. My creations are meticulously crafted using unique, reimagined components that I have encountered during my professional tenure in Spain and global travels. I have a profound adoration for vintage treasures and have amalgamated that adoration with my passion for crafting jewelry and other works of art. My vision extends beyond mere artwork creation; it encompasses repurposing, reimagining, and recreating pieces by incorporating elements from both the past and the present. With every piece, I strive to maintain the integrity of my vision and ensure that the allure of the past remains untarnished.

EXCHANGES

Our number one priority is that you love your new jewelry. We are always happy to send additional photos and details or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing.

If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please reach out directly to Debbie@Debbiefallon.com.]. We do not accept returns but will happily exchange any unworn items within 14 days from receipt. When exchanging your items, please be sure to exchange for an item(s) of equal or greater value.

All custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. You may only cancel an order only if your pieces have not yet been produced. All damages or shipment discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of shipment by email; Debbie@Debbiefallon.com.

To receive your return/order number and instructions on how to send your item in for exchange, email Debbie@Debbiefallon.com. All exchanges must be shipped alongside their return/order form with the correct information completed. One exchange allowed per order.

Minnesota Stoned is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs when exchanging an item.

Important: Minnesota Stoned does not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Minnesota Stoned is not responsible for lost shipments.

REPAIRS

We stand by our product and are happy to repair it.

Within the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): Minnesota Stoned will repair it free of charge, no questions asked. • After the first year of purchase (order confirmation required): A minimum $35 repair fee will be charged.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Depending on the situation, we may or may not cover the cost of shipping it back to you. Upon receipt, should it be determined the item is beyond repair, a replacement fee will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. After one year of purchase, Minnesota Stoned will only replace an item for suggested retail price. If customer tries to repair item themselves, or takes item to an outside jeweler for repair, warranty is no longer valid.

Some our pieces are made by hand, to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Thank you for understanding – we promise your jewels will be worth the wait!!

Please take care when entering your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

Domestic shipping: (USA and its territories): We ship with USPS Priority Mail: arrives in approximately 3-7 business days once order has shipped
